Standard connector for SAP Identity Management (IdM) that extends the functionalities of the SAP standard connector

SECMENDO.connect for SAP SuccessFactors creates an interface to SAP Identity Management (IdM) and extends the functionalities of the SAP standard connector already available for this purpose. As soon as an employee is created by the HR department, relevant data is automatically transferred to the SAP IdM, which then sets up the required authorizations in all other connected systems.

Features

SECMENDO.connect for SuccessFactors is based on the SAP standard connector and extends it with important features to cover the entire user lifecycle.

Users can have more than one job relationship in a temporal context. This makes it possible to trace which position an employee held in which time period. Maternity leave, parental leave or longer periods of illness of the employee can also be easily recorded and managed.
Extended picklists simplify operation and avoid input errors
Unwanted mass data changes via the connector are detected and automatically stopped when the threshold value is exceeded. Thus you are always on the safe side and no data is lost.
The support of own entities is completely possible. An entity is all relevant information about the employee, such as the personnel number or the position in the company. With our connector you can create as many entities as you like, even if they are not included in the standard scope of supply.
