Every year, the Center for Employer Attractiveness presents a special award for outstanding apprenticing companies. This year IBsolution receives the seal “Top Job Apprenticing Company” as one of eight employers in Germany. The award is based on the nationwide employer comparison “Top Job”, which analyzes the employer attractiveness of companies as part of an extensive employee and management survey.

Particularly in times of a shortage of skilled workers, employers are challenged to find innovative ways to attract trainees, provide them with high-quality training and retain them in the long term. According to the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH), IBsolution masters this challenge particularly successfully. The Heilbronn-based SAP consulting company has now been recognized for its excellent training quality with the Top Job Apprenticeship seal. A detailed survey of trainees and dual students at the company served as the basis for the award.

“Proof of our training quality”

“We are very pleased to receive the Top Job Apprenticing Company 2023 award,” says Maria Petridou, head of training at IBsolution. “It is a clear proof that we offer our trainees and dual students a high quality of training and open up exciting perspectives for their professional future. Future applicants, in turn, will use the seal as valuable guidance when deciding on an apprenticing company.”

Diverse opportunities for trainees

IBsolution succeeds not only in convincing future skilled workers of its qualities, but also in being an extremely attractive employer for existing employees. The company offers its trainees a wide range of opportunities and allows them to develop their own ideas and actively contribute to the company’s success in a trusting working environment.

The award of the special seal “Top Job Apprenticing Company” is based on strict criteria. Scientific management is in the hands of Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch and her team from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen.

The “Top Job” employer program

With “Top Job”, medium-sized companies work on their qualities as employers. The seal makes their attractiveness visible to applicants. The basis for the award is an extensive employee and management survey. It is organized by zeag GmbH, Center for Employer Attractiveness, based in Constance on Lake Constance. The patron of the project is Sigmar Gabriel.
