With the help of AGIMENDO.personnel Cloud Edition, you can have your personnel managers decentrally record changes in the future with the help of planning measures (entries and exits). Here, both costs and FTE are recorded and saved as changes. The planning process then requires a completion of the planning per company code by the executing HR manager or HR officer. In an approval process, the planning can then be approved or rejected. A rejection then leads to a post-processing by the personnel officer. In the analysis, a comparison to the starting point of the planning is available via the planning measures created. Here, a drill-down can be made via the measure type.

Planning combination: Each unit to be planned (employees, vacant positions, etc.) must have a unique ID. New IDs are created by the "Entry" action.
