Measure-based planning
For an optimal overview of your personnel development, you define various measures that are available to your planners. For example, the following measures can be defined:
Planning on the basis of FTEs or costs
With AGIMENDO.personnel you can plan your personnel and personnel costs either on the basis of FTE (Full Time Equivalent) or on the basis of costs. If you choose to plan on FTE/FTE, you define easy-to-follow calculation rules that calculate your FTE/FTE.
For example, if you increase the FTE/FTE, AGIMENDO.personnel will automatically calculate the corresponding salary adjustments, employer's social security contributions and potential additional monthly salaries based on your calculation rules. If vacant positions are maintained via collective agreement assignment, AGIMENDO.personnel automatically evaluates these positions.
Decentralised caption, central approval
The employees responsible for human resources plan decentrally throughout the company, while (human resources) controlling approves centrally and maintains an overview.
Operational Reporting
AGIMENDO.personnel offers you operational reporting in the planning application (see screenshots) so that you always have an overview of your personnel planning. The SAPUI5 technology enables clear and meaningful dashboards in which you can graphically display tables, for example, the percentage change in FTEs and the absolute change in costs.
With this operational reporting, you are well prepared for your planning round and the discussion with your central managers. The reports also allow you to make comparisons between different planning periods or plan-actual comparisons.
Forecasting
In addition to personnel planning as part of the annual budget planning, a forecast/estimate during the year is an important control tool for monitoring costs during the year.
With AGIMENDO.personnel, you mix the personnel costs with the actual data from payroll during the year and always have an up-to-date view of the entire year.
This forecast can be enriched with predictive analytics functions.
Communication with operational presystems
AGIMENDO.personnel is 100% integrated into your SAP system and can therefore easily communicate with your operational upstream systems, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
For example, if new positions have been created in a planning process, they can be written back to the operative SAP HCM via retraction and automatically created.
Communication with non-SAP solutions is also possible, for example via the Excel upload and download function of AGIMENDO.personnel.
