AGIMENDO.invest Cloud is a cloud-based software solution for professional investment planning. Budget managers submit investment proposals; central departments such as controlling or purchasing review and consolidate them; and senior management makes the final decision through the approval workflow.

Key features include decentralized request submission by cost managers, centralized consolidation and pre-screening of requests, configurable approval workflows with automatic email notifications to approvers, integrated communication directly within the request – including a history of all changes – as well as field validations and mass approvals. Depending on the implementation level, investment execution, retrieval & forecasting, cash flow planning, and depreciation planning are also included.

AGIMENDO.invest Cloud is suitable for medium-sized companies and corporations that need to plan and approve their investment volumes across multiple locations, divisions, or subsidiaries. Typical scenarios include multiple approval levels with value thresholds, a growing number of investment requests per year, or a process that has previously relied on Excel and email, making it difficult to track its status. There are no technical requirements. The solution runs independently in the cloud and requires neither an SAP BW system nor a company's own server infrastructure.

The key difference lies in the deployment model: AGIMENDO.invest is an add-on for SAP BW and requires an existing SAP BW system. AGIMENDO.invest Cloud offers the same core functions for investment planning and approval, but runs as a standalone cloud solution – without SAP BW as a technical prerequisite.
