An application is only possible online. You can apply via a link that you will find under the respective job offer. We will be happy to answer your questions about our current vacancies on +49 7131 27113 003. 

Once you have uploaded your CV, your data will be filled in directly by the system through CV parsing. CV parsing is not mandatory. You are also welcome to enter your data manually or apply with your Xing or LinkedIn profile.

After completion of the application process, your data will remain stored in our system for six months in accordance with the current EU-DSGVO. You can request the deletion of your data at any time in writing by mail or letter.

If there is no suitable position for you among our job offers, you are also welcome to send us an speculative application.

You have the possibility to upload your documents in single documents with a maximum size of 10 MB. We support all common formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, Doc, Docx, TIFF or Excel.

After your application has been successfully submitted to our system, you will automatically receive a notification of receipt by e-mail.

A member of our recruiting team will then contact you to arrange an appointment for an initial telephone conversation. Our initial phone call usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. During this time, we will try to determine together whether the position you have applied for really fits your expectations.

Your documents are then passed on to the relevant department. Together with the information from the telephone call, the department decides whether the next step should be a further specialized telephone conversation or a personal interview.

Only in rare cases will we invite you to a second interview. As a rule, we already conclude the first personal interview with the contract negotiations.

Before we send you your contract in written form, we will send it to you by e-mail in order to compare your personal data and the agreed arrangements.

If everything fits, we will send you your contract by mail. After signing and returning it, you will receive your invitation to the onboarding at IBsolution.

As a general rule, the dual study program begins in the winter semester of a calendar year. Applications for a dual study program should be submitted approximately one year before the desired start date. The exact start of the semester and the application deadline can be found in the current job offers.

In principle, you should be in possession of a university entrance qualification. Since the university entrance qualifications differ depending on the course of study, please refer to the current job advertisements for the respective requirements for the desired course of study.

After an initial telephone conversation, we will get to know each other personally in an interview. In order to determine together whether the position you have applied for really fits your expectations, a trial day at IBsolution can take place.
