We have therefore made it our mission to support initiatives in the areas of ecology, economy, social issues and to create our own value contributions.

In addition to supporting social projects, we provide help for those affected in current emergency situations.
We are working on minimising our ecological footprint and motivate our employees to contribute to this in their private lives as well.
Promoting the health and career of our staff is particularly important to us. As a diverse company, we also pay special attention to the acceptance and equal treatment of all employees.
Our goal is efficiency in times of digitalisation, both in our company and for our customers.
For us, it is important to provide targeted support to people who are in need of help. Whenever possible, we incorporate social commitment and support for social initiatives into campaigns and events.
Apart from that, we set up aid campaigns to help people in need as a company. In September 2021, for example, we were able to support people affected by the flood disaster through a donation of goods.
In 2018, we organised a DKMS donor recruitment event at our main site in Heilbronn. We were able to achieve many new registrations of potential stem cell donors within one day. In this way, we support the vision of the DKMS to defeat blood cancer.
Continuously minimising our ecological footprint is one of our major goals. Together as a team, we take part in environmental campaigns such as World Cleanup Day and align our internal processes and working methods with this aim.
In order to achieve this goal, we also offer our employees many opportunities to support us.
Taking care of our own employees is another part of our corporate social responsibility. In order to promote their health, in addition to a good work-life balance, health offers are provided for everyone.
As a career-oriented company, we also invest in the further training of our teams.
It is particularly important to us that all employees can authentically be themselves and feel comfortable with us. Equality can only exist without restrictions. Neither age, ethnic origin and nationality, sexual orientation, physical and mental abilities, religion and world view, gender and gender identity nor social origin play a role. For this reason, we have been a member of the Charta der Vielfalt e.V. since 2021.
From a business perspective, our goal is to work efficiently in this time of changes. We support our customers in adapting to the digital age to enable them to use the latest technologies for their success. In doing so, we rely on long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
As an SAP partner company, we support industry-specific networking within DSAG, the German-speaking SAP user group and IA4SP (International Association of SAP Partners).
Our experts are constantly developing new, innovative add-on products for existing SAP applications that make our customers' everyday work easier.
