Web2Lead in practice: How the process works

Step 1: Complete the form

The user enters his name and contact details in the form. Via the fields “Subject” and “Message” he has the possibility to specify the request.

Step 2: Submit and confirmation message

After agreeing to the privacy policy, the user submits the form. He then receives a confirmation of submission on the website and by e-mail.

Step 3: Creating the data record in SAP C4C

Thanks to Web2Lead, submitting the form automatically triggers the creation of the lead in SAP Sales Cloud.

Step 4: Verification and further qualification

After automatic creation in SAP Sales Cloud, the internal sales team checks the qualified lead.
