The Change Manager is part of a project team with the customer and leads the OCM work package.

Module 2: Stand-alone service for OCM formats

The Change Manager is only used for specific OCM formats with the customer (workshops to involve the people affected, lessons learned sessions, etc.).

Module 3: Accompanying digitization projects

The Change Manager is part of a project team at the customer and leads the OCM work package. The Change Manager can also be part of an IBsolution project team if the digitization project is managed by us.
