IBsolution has been awarded the quality seal “TOP CONSULTANT 2021”. This makes the Heilbronn-based SAP consulting firm one of the best consultants for medium-sized businesses in Germany. For the 12th time, the nationwide TOP CONSULTANT competition examined on a scientific basis how well the participating companies advise their medium-sized customers.

With the help of IBsolution, the technology group Voith has introduced SAP Master Data Governance as a global system for the central maintenance of all customer and supplier master data. The successful project has been recognized beyond the company’s borders: Voith is one of the finalists in the “Rapid Time to Value” category of the SAP Quality Awards 2021.

At the event “Hack2Build – Beyond a Hackathon” (April 13–20, 2021), participating SAP partners developed side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA. IBsolution presented to the jury a showcase that automates administrative workflows in the sales quote process through the interaction of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform – and was chosen as the winner of the competition.

IBsolution has published the whitepaper “Help me! The business department wants a new CRM!”. In it, the Heilbronn-based SAP consulting company gives field-tested recommendations for implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) or customer experience (CX) system. The whitepaper is aimed at companies that want to implement a CRM/CX project and is now available for download free of charge.

The Heilbronn-based consulting company impressed with outstanding performance in the Platform & Technology area, in the Discrete Manufacturing customer segment, and in the sales teams “Consumer Industries – Process & Life Sciences” and “Service Industries – SPMT”.
