The DSAG HR Days serve as a platform for exchange among HR managers, IT directors, as well as HR and IT professionals. The theme of this year’s event is “The Dino Dilemma: Survival of the Skilled,” intended as a call for adaptability in the era of cloud transformation and the growing use of AI. The conference focuses on current topics and opportunities in human resources and encourages discussion around HR and IT strategies in the SAP context. The aim is to provide valuable inspiration on how companies can modernize their HR processes, develop their employees, and benefit from innovative technologies.
An extensive program of lectures offers exciting insights into corporate practices. On June 17, 2026 (5:30 p.m.), the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) and IBsolution will present their joint project report “From data to decisions – Holistic personnel cost planning at HZDR in the context of SAP BW/4HANA.”
For HZDR, the strategic planning of scientific and administrative staff is of fundamental importance. To this end, an SAP planning system was implemented with the goal of providing budget-relevant forecasts of personnel capacities and costs. Through daily updates of employment contract data, the solution creates high transparency for project and cost center planning over a ten-year period.
In addition, experts from IBsolution will be available for one-on-one discussions at the DSAG HR Days 2026. Conference participants will have the opportunity to discuss their current HR challenges and jointly explore suitable solutions. In doing so, they will benefit from IBsolution’s holistic approach, which spans from identifying the relevant areas of action for achieving HR goals, through developing the right set of key performance indicators, to technical implementation.
