IBsolution has once again proven that the company has outstanding qualities as an employer. As a result, the Heilbronn-based management, IT and SAP consultancy can also look forward to receiving the TOP JOB employer seal in 2025. With this award, the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH) regularly selects the most attractive employers in the German SME sector. The evaluation and results are based on an extensive anonymous survey of employees.
“We are very proud to have received the TOP JOB seal once again, as this special award is based on the opinions and reviews of our employees,” says Manuela Eggensperger, Head of Human Resources at IBsolution. “Being an attractive employer has always played a decisive role in our strategic orientation and is a fundamental part of our company’s DNA.”
A high level of employer attractiveness will remain an important success factor for IBsolution in the future. “With the help of the results and findings from the TOP JOB analysis, we will work consistently to further optimize our qualities as an employer,” emphasizes Manuela Eggensperger. “Because only with satisfied and committed employees we can win the race for the best minds in times of a shortage of skilled workers and remain successful as a company.”
As the results of the TOP JOB employee survey show, IBsolution performed particularly well in the categories of innovation, family orientation and sustainability, among others. In their projects, IBsolution employees implement innovative solutions based on the latest technologies, thereby simplifying the daily work lives of business users and IT. Employees have a certain amount of freedom when it comes to choosing their place of work and working hours. Such flexible models contribute to the harmonization of career and family as well as a better work-life balance. The high level of awareness for environmental protection and sustainability is reflected not least in the title “Klimafit BW Company” awarded by the state of Baden-Württemberg, which IBsolution has held since 2024. Effective climate protection management has been anchored in the company as part of the “Klimafit BW” funding program.
The TOP JOB award is organized by the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH), which focuses in particular on strengthening the quality of German SMEs and their workplace culture. Founded in 2014 by Silke Masurat, the nationwide company combines seal management, employer branding and corporate development under one roof.
In close cooperation with the University of St. Gallen, zeag GmbH examines the employer attractiveness and sustainability of companies using the TOP JOB analysis. It provides support where there is room for improvement and recognizes outstanding companies as Germany’s best employers. Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch and her team from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen are responsible for the scientific management of the benchmarking. The patron of the project is former vice-chancellor Sigmar Gabriel.
