With an internship during your practical semester, we offer you the opportunity to expand your theoretical knowledge to the maximum by gaining valuable experience - both in the form of independent project work and through involvement in day-to-day operations.
As a working student, you are welcome to work for us parallel to your studies. You will have the opportunity to spend up to 20 hours per week on projects and/or support internal processes.

Many of our specialists and managers have already worked for IBsolution during their studies and stayed with us after their studies. That is why we offer you the chance to gain practical experience at an early stage of your studies through an internship or a working student job. After writing your thesis at IBsolution, you can start working directly as a junior consultant.
When you join us as a junior consultant, you can choose from many different consulting areas. During the orientation period, you will be optimally prepared for your future position and can later advance from junior consultant to consultant through a consultant training program. As a junior consultant, you will gain initial experience in customer consulting and will work with colleagues from the same specialist area.
After a while you will take part in a consultant training. After successful completion of the training you will be a consultant.
After the consultant training, you will be well prepared for the daily consulting routine and your tasks in customer projects. As a consultant, you can now use the skills you have already acquired to become even more involved in customer projects and gain further experience.
Through several years of project and customer experience in consulting, you can then be promoted to Senior Consultant. In addition to your tasks, you will also be responsible for training new employees.
On your further path, you can then decide between a management or a specialist career.
With a personal mentor, you as a new employee will be made familiar with your job from day one.
In coordination with supervisors and customers, you can flexibly organize your work environment in terms of time and space.
Communication is very important at IBsolution, whether within a team, across departments or locations.
